Standard vs. Luxury tiers
Our pool and spa inspections are offered in two tiers. A Standard inspection covers the core equipment and safety functionality of the pool or spa. A Luxury inspection goes further, appropriate for properties with additional features, upgraded equipment, or more complex systems. Pool and spa can be inspected together or separately, depending on what your property has.
What's generally evaluated
A pool or spa inspection typically looks at pump and filtration equipment, heating systems, surfaces and structural condition, safety barriers and features, and overall functionality of the system as installed. The goal is to identify equipment that's near the end of its useful life, signs of leaks, or safety concerns before they become expensive surprises.
Why it matters in a desert climate
Pools and spas in Southern Nevada run hard for much of the year, and equipment takes a beating from heat and sun exposure. A pool that looks great on the surface can still have aging equipment that's due for costly repair or replacement soon after you move in.
